Refund Policy

Phase sells digital software access that is delivered to the purchaser's Phase account after payment is confirmed.

Summary: Because digital access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been granted. We will still review legitimate billing or delivery problems and provide refunds where required by law.

1. Refunds we will review

Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, were charged the wrong amount, paid successfully but did not receive the purchased entitlement, or cannot access the purchased edition because of a verified Phase-side technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

2. Change-of-mind purchases

Once digital access has been delivered and is usable, change-of-mind purchases are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Request window

For the fastest review, send refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address on the Phase account and enough transaction information for us to identify the purchase. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes.

4. Access after a refund

If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the access time, entitlement, and any license record tied to that purchase may be revoked or recalculated. If multiple purchases were stacked on the same edition, remaining valid purchase time may continue.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If a payment is disputed through a bank or payment provider, access tied to that payment may be suspended while the dispute is open. If the dispute is resolved in the purchaser's favor, access may remain revoked. If it is resolved in Phase's favor, eligible access may be restored.

6. How to request a refund

Email projectphasemc@gmail.com with the subject "Phase Refund Request" and include your Phase account email, the purchase date, the edition and duration purchased, and a short explanation of the issue.

7. Legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
